Everyone has places that hold a memory. Good or bad. Wasted City speaks of a place that holds memories of a person I never wanted to be. A place that I never want to revisit. So I run. Neon The Bishop released their new single “Wasted City” today, and it is now available on all major streaming platforms!
They have performed it live and it gets the whole crowd moving even when they have never heard it, so having it released has so many fans excited to be able to sing along. It is true to the Neon The Bishop sound, with almost theatrical elements and an upbeat melody. Between the instrumental aspect of it and overall sound of the song, it really showcases lead singer Kendall James vocal range and musical abilities. It starts off quiet then transitions into a louder intro, just like their previous release “Death Full of Life”. The contrast between those first few notes and the first verse makes almost a surprise element in the song which hooks listeners in. Around two minutes into the song there is a guitar riff that captivates listeners after a bit of a slow down then bringing it back to the chorus. Neon The Bishop never fails to amaze their fans and continuously release great songs one after another! Make sure to click the buttons below and share the new music!
